The staff is very polite and exceptionally nice. The breakfast has incredible options with different tastes, freshly made food, including omelettes.- The hotel has a central location in the mountains.

Great location, very close to a museum. Also not too far from Krakow and the city center. The hotel is pretty spacious and comes with a balcony for some fresh air 🌿.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel located very close to the city center and the main street in the old city. The room was well-equipped and the service was excellent, with staff ready to help at all times. The breakfast was varied and tasty, with the option to order eggs and coffee of any kind. I also appreciated the free parking and the flexibility of checking out later.

The rooms and general layout of the hotel was very well presented, fresh and clean.

We have 2young children, they and I are vegetarian and there was nothing on the menu for an evening meal to eat which is unacceptable for a hotel rated 5star.

Excellent location and a fabulous hotel. Staff were friendly and most helpful. Rooms were of a very high standard and had air conditioning. I had incredible and impeccable breakfasts with delicious traditional, DIFFERENT TASTE and omelettes. The hotel's location was central, in the main shopping center.

The property was intimate with amiable staff who contacted the manager. Location: the hotel was very close to the funicular cable car up the mountain. The breakfast was the best and great, really enjoyed this place.

The location was marvelous and stunning, just a 5-minute walk from Aqua Park. It was just next door to Zakopane and Krupowki, making it a great getaway in Zakopane at a very good location with a fair price.

Magnificent and amazing location close to the centre, met what was needed. What's more, it was close to main street in the old city, arranging transfers and a great getaway in Zakopane.

We absolutely loved the mountain view from our room and the hot tub and sauna were a great addition. The hotel's location was perfect - close enough to the main street for easy access, but far away enough to avoid any disturbances. The staff, from reception to dining room, were super friendly and always ready to help with a smile.

We felt so comfortable and at home during our stay that there was nothing to complain about.

1) Poor stuff that almost do not speak english 2) Variety of 2-3 warm dishes was offered for a brekfast which is unacceptable for a 5 star hotel 3) Was very cold inside of the rooms 4) One of the mornings there was no heating at all and no hot water 5) We haven't been able even to talk to the management, as they were not in place 6) No gym, no swimming pool, just a nice design 7) Massage that is offered is done by the same stuff that is cleaning the room, serving the breakfast, etc Pure 3 star hotel... though we believe most of the 3 star hotels offer better facilities
